I had the pleasure of working with Kevin throughout the leasing and move-in process, and he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated, especially with moving to a new area. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and my apartment was in great condition when I moved in. I’m really happy with my decision to live here and look forward to making this my home. The community and amenities are great, and the location is very convenient. Huge thank you to Kevin and the rest of the team for making my move-in experience such a positive one. I would definitely recommend Render Turner Lake to anyone looking for a place to live in Covington!

Ms Genesis was also very helpful through the process, ready to step in and answer any question I had when Sarah was out of office. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous and has so many amenities.

Sarah was absolutely amazing! She made the tour and application process so easy. She was able to accommodate any preferable communication preferences. I was able to briefly chat with a few other leasing agents and they ALL were sweet. The tour was nothing but amazing. The community gives a luxury resort style with so many amenities and benefits. Centered in a great location and a safe neighborhood for children/families! Pricing is worth all the benefits/amenities they offer. I’d highly recommend this complex to any family/friends. There was absolutely no hassle with the application process. They give you everything you need to make the process simple and smooth for you.

Enjoyable apartment living in Covington. Very good leasing staff. They take care of the residents needs promptly. Have frequent 'teambuilding'/networking events to get the apartment community involved. Property is very nice and not crowded at all. Good apartment amenities. Not too far from grocery options. Nice and comfortable homes.
